architect or designer to get the drawings certified before you submit to the local council.
3. After drawing submitted, you can consult your local builder to prepare the foundation,
power and plumping inlets and budgetary phases.
4. After you get the building permit, you can send us the purchase order and we shall build
the house as per your building code and law require.
5. Before you about to receive the container, you shall finish the foundation and contact
import agent to handle the cargo at destination wharf and prepare for site delivery.
6. Before the model arrives at the site, you shall arrange machinery to unload the house and
arrange site installation.
