 Mass Production: 

 
Our quality check starts from the procurement of our raw materials include the steel thickness, sizes; during the production, our machine can accurately check the punched holes distance and cut items sizes, our staffs will also check the welding parts to make sure there are no sharp edges.

 Powder Coating Paint Finish: 

 
Before powder coating our staffs will check the items like upright posts, beams whether they’re fully derusted, deoiled; after painting we check items surface powder coated thickness to make sure them getting at least 60--80μm and the color will not easily be removed.

 Testing Products: 

When items are finished production we will assemble one or two products to test their performance especially the load bearing support make sure the results must comply with the customer’s requirements indicated on our contract.

 Shipping Products: 

 
Before loading containers, our staffs will once again check the products sizes, package, quantity and make written inspection records.
